My partner received numerous calls saying his number was on some guys girlfriends phone we quickly realised it was an automatic recorded voice as if you don t speak it carries on speaking as though having a conversation ect. Big time Scammers. Don't answer any calls from 01223713498 woman claiming to be from Virgin Media advised me someone was trying to hack my broadband account. When I replied that's funny I don't have a broadband connection. She swiftly ended the call.

The number if you call it is a boat repair shop in Dorset. Unfortunately the number is being spoofed by an online trading company that I couldn't make out because of the callers heavy Russian accent. I called the boat repair company to inform them of the cituation.

Claimed to be BT (or rather, "BT's outbound team, working for BT", rang my landline but also knew my mobile as they had a PIN sent to it. I said it was a scam and hung up.

SCAM - called asking if I was a private tenant and if I had paid a deposit to my landlord.
Apparently a market research company based in Ashford, Kent. When I have to give my phone number to a company (bank, etc) I don t expect it to be passed to ANYONE - even a company doing research for whoever I gave my number to. I especially hate being called at 1900 - 2100 hrs and the phone not ringing long enough for me to answer it, even if I wanted to. Especially annoying if I m actually expecting someone to call and then the phone goes dead . Don t need this harassment at my age.

Got a cold call from this number. The caller had a Welsh accent and said he was calling from the company Insure For Less. He wanted to discuss home insurance with me, but I said I wasn t interested and asked to be taken off their call list. What do you know, they called again the next day as though I would change my mind. Very annoying!
