Asked for me by name, then said he was from Citizen advice and I had unsecured debt. I asked what branch of Citizen advice he was from as it was strange they were calling me He responded, oh why don t you put the phone down don t bark at me, just put the phone down you F***ing idiot. then hung up.

I am pretty sure this is a dangerous scam....Informing me not by any name, that they are from fraud team investigating my insurance number which has been suspended due to being stolen and used !!!!!!! Just to say ignor this as they ask you to speak to one of their officers !!!!!!!!!!!! Which then I presume will request all your personal details etc. You would never be contacted in this way by a government dept.

Got a missed call from this number this morning... Glad I didn t answer.
It showed as an International call, but a number appeared and I also dialed 1471 to confirm this number, which seems to have a number of people in the Tamworth area with this number. Have put it on my junk calls list.

Advice to anyone receiving sh*t like this: If you're really concerned it might be genuine, just phone your bank using the number on the back of your debit card. Then! Was called up by a scam callcenter that told me that there was a problem with a payout from my life insurance, They had my name and phone number, but everything else was very clearly not legit so not the most professional scam I've seen.
This number called and Asian guy was online saying he is calling from Bt saying my broadband was being accessed by people from Asia and saying they were going to cut my broadband off so I told him I will call BT to confirm myself and he hung up
