Called this morning, saying they were from 'Microsoft Technical Department'. I took my phone and placed it right against my fire alarm, then switched to test. Ear shattering sound, straight down the telephone - hope they were happy! Recommend everyone does the same with these type of calls.

Had a call from a guy called nathan on this number, said he worked for webhelp uk, and they were partners of BT. Gave me a load of info which sounded good, I said could he send it to me in writing/email he said he couldn t and would only take phone orders, so I told him to phone back in 24 hours. I ve just been onto BT chat and gave them the number and asked if he was ligate, they said not! So I ll see what he says tmw!!
