This company will ask to speak to owner of the business, then they will say that they are updating you on the support you gave for in my case a school, they will then tell you the info pack you agreed to has now been printed and sent and your bill is £££. Just persevere and refuse any claims they make that you 'apparently' agreed to and they will hang up. I just said I don't do any sort of support or external advertising.

called me 4 times this afternoon everytime i told them i was tps registered. each tiem they just hung up as soona s i mentioned it. on the last one i held off telling them about the tps and made up gibberish answers to their ridiculous survey and told them i was 452 years old and then dropped the tps bomb. Very Heavily accented caller on a poor line which I suspect originated overseas.
