They're using recorded messages now to bug people because even THEY can't be bothered to to speak to people anymore, and yet WE are supposed to be interested!!! They said their number was 02032867657. They tried to get me to run something on my computer but I declined. They asked me to run something else to confirm my customer number and I declined again. They said if I didn't comply there'd be a court action against me but I still declined. When they rang off I rang BT straightaway and they confirmed it was not them and they said they would never ask for such a thing.

Got a call yesterday saying it was from HSBC and asuspicipus transaction was being made from my account. I rang HSBC his morning and said they did not make a call yesterday so it was a scammer and said they would never ask for your bank details over the phone. NEVER your personal details hang up and ring your bank to get it checked.
I do not answer unless I know who s calling. That is what an answerphone is for! Silent calls are disturbing! Please cease and desist!
