Told her I wasn't a BT customer so remove my no. 5 minutes later get call recorded voice saying from BT telling me my phone/internet were going to be cut off shortly....press 1 for? 2 for? Then I hung up. Third call today

These guys have called me up 61 times now(!). I'm a sole trader I do not need their services. And even if I did with forceful marketing like this I wouldn't even use them! Disgraceful.
Called asking for non-executive Director by name - "it s Johnny from the surveyors at Altus" were the words he used. I walked through to our Director and used the same words. Our Director said he won t take the call as he has no ongoing business with Altus and no imminent need. I returned to Johnny and advised this, to which he said "did you tell him it s a financial matter?". I responded, "No, because you didn t say it was. But he won t take the call". He persisted for a little longer before he hung up on
