If leave till my ansaphone kicks in, get automated message making out that I've rung them. Marking them as dangerous and annoying.

SCAM - Just had a call saying they were contacting me about upgrading my phone, so I wasn't best pleased about being disturbed when I'm not feeling well with a very heavy cold. I knew it was a scam straight away as there was no link to my existing provider, so I informed the caller of that and told him to "Bu**er off"! Suggest others do the same.

Recorded message saying bank account and NI number suspended due to fraudulent activity .

Scam / Attempted Fraud: 23.07.20 – female caller rang my mother saying she owed her £500, started laughing then hung up.

Call from this number purporting to come from Microsoft who have detected that my computer has been hacked and wanting me to give them more details and let them into checking my computer to clean it.. All lies of course and I gave no information at all - and I suggest nobody ever should either.

Scam number impersonating virgin money. I received a text which appeared to be from virgin money “this is your one time passcode to debit your account (amount) to pay (company). If this was NOT you call us on 03309124638” I called Virgin money directly using their actual number from the back of my bank card to report it, it’s definitely a scam.

No Answer when picked up. eventually a recorded 'Goodbye', so probably either either checking my number is live or expecting people to bring back if their answerphone picked up the message and its assumed an important call missed.

Very abrupt chap called Charles said he was from Domestic Appliances and would not let me get a word in edgeways. He said my appliances were no longer covered as my insurance had run out. I asked him which appliance had recently lapsed insurance - he wouldn't answer just said "are all your appliances in working order. I said I already had appliance cover - he put the phone down.

SCAM I had a call from “Carphone” today (number above) and spoke to a guy called “Elliot”, about my contract coming up. It sounded suspicious, so I asked if he could ring me later, as I was busy... I actually phoned Carphone Warehouse on their customer service line (0370 111 6565) and asked if they had tried to contact me today, from the number ending in 038. They confirmed to me that they HADN’T tried to get into contact with me and this number ISN’T on their system

Said they were Amazon's crime on Parents phone no - they don't order from amazon I order on there behalf so definately most likely a scam.
