This company is still at it but now calling off witheld numbers. I heard the words "accident" when I asked who they were. Told them never to call me again that my number was registered with Mobile Telephone Preference Service so therefore they should not be calling and that accessing my number from Gumtree for marketing calls was illegal before telling them to remove my number immediately or next time I will report them.

Had a call from this number today firstly on my mobile which I managed to reject. It immediately then rang my landline which I didn t answer. Who are these people and how did they get my mobile number? When you ring the number back they don t identify themselves and ask you to leave a message. Sounds very dodgy so be aware.

I have had this number a few times when I answer they hang up its normally each morning about the same time and its getting to be a pain

I have blocked this number yet my mobile shows its still calling me.

Then the new guy answered and said I had come through to him as I was looking for compensation. he then proceeded to tell me I had rejected a payout offer from my recent car accident and he was part of the team to make sure I get compensation, I fell straight into the trap and gave him a fair few details he then sent an email asking for an E signature. Typical car crash claim telesales person starting with the usual question: “I have been told that you were involved in a car crash. Is that right?” They are trying to make you speak about such accidents if any by asking such questions. So, hang up the phone and not waste your time.

One of those you have had an road traffic accident that is not your fault. I asked were they got my details and they said "road accidents and safety statistics", I then said "surely that data is anonymised", at they she said OK and put the phone down.
