This number has called me on a number of occasions the last few days. The number is unknown to me so I let it go to answering machine, they do not leave a message, therefore in my opinion it s a junk call!! This number is now in my call barred numbers!!

Again Jennifer Coleman from HMRC. They would write to named person, cause of action letter, would never leave message as don t know who would pick up. Could scare people into ringing them back. SCAM Caller stated they were from BT working on local Broadband speed as it had been slow and that it was being worked on to improve and apologise for any disruption we have had. They had also worked on a new "security patch" and asked me to download on one of my connected devices. On telling him I coulent do that he just cut me off. Very believable for an older person.

Although a Huddersfield code this number came up as an international call on my phone. HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS

Received a call from someone with heavy asian accent claiming to be called Neil. Informed me that the monthly maintenance fee for my TV was to be reduced next month & wanted to confirm bank details. I do not have TV maintenance contract so told him so and hung up. SCAM!!!!!!!!

getting fed up with these nuisance calls all the time so phoned ofcom who are supposed to be the policeman to deal with these calls. to be honest ofcom is about as useful as a fart in a spacesuit. all the lady could tell me was to use call blocking etc. to which i said when these people have 100 s of numbers not much good. told her that ofcom should prove their worth and starting earning their money by doing something about it. but of course they wont because telephone companies will start bleating suppress

Female with Scouse accent wanting to help with our minor accident - news to me. This all evolves from some motor insurance database - sick of people calling.
I have had 3 calls from this number all claiming to BT and requesting I log in for a variety of reasons, first I had a problem with the internet, Secondly they put the phone down when I took the phone from the missus and today apparently my internet was going to be cut off in 3 days. They put the phone down when I requested they tell me what my IP address was. Can t think why. Do not under any circumstances allow them remote access!!!

Accident claim who said you always say you not have accident I tell you now make claim for accident I am policeman!
These people keep phoning claiming they are the support for my internet providers. How do I get rid of them? I ask them which IP since I have 3, one of which is a bank, and I have 3 modems in my house. That normally makes them swear at me and hang up. The other method is to ask them which IP they are calling about, and when they say one, true or not, I say that the account is set up with a security word and they must confirm that before I can talk to them. They swear and hang up. They are always from India,
