I am regularly getting calls from 02036511232. If I answer the caller hangs up. If I try phoning back the number is engaged. This appears to be happening at least once a day.

He then called me an F...ING W..RE and said that he would make sure I had 10 nuisance calls to replace this one I should have answered. New numbers like this all the time but: If you have caller ID, get a phone with "night mode" where it only rings for numbers in the stored phone memory.
