A lady (she was no lady) called me today (19/04/18) saying my tariff was about to go out of contract and had I received the new contract, which of course I hadn't. She didn't give me her name or the company she was representing. I ended the call, she then rang me back and left me the most rude message, it was so rude it was laughable.
