Timeshare platinum weeks. Out of date information quoted, probably from other organisations or companies. Seems to have a database out with data protection laws/ no protection from GDPR, and information shared or sold by others. Cold called without permission, TPS not checked and seems to use a mass computer calling system as have had lots of dead calls from same number.

I have told friends and family to leave a message and I will pick-up the phone as soon as I recognise the caller or the reason for the call or I will call back. Called but left no message. The telephone number relates to the JCUH at Middlesbrough and I believe the call is to remind patients of an appointment at the hospital. When I phoned it back I was told to ring 01642 850850.

This firm leave a message claiming that I "opted into" receiving debt management advice. This is a lie. They are a very dubious organisation as they use an illicit identity and do not conform to recognised data protection or marketing standards.

Reported to be from Homeserve but in my Opinion if really Homeserve and you have an account with them, they would write to you rather the phone to make you an offer of a lower rate. Most likely sme sort of scam

"Natasha" from a claims company, she said that she had information saying I was in an accident that wasn t my fault... never been in any accidents, told her this and she promptly hung up the call. Blocked number and reported to TPS, unfortunately I didn t catch the company name.
