EE, who is my mobile provider said they could not refund me the charges as they were from a 3rd party for services such as an entry in a prize draw, or a game download, which apparently I had requested, and as such they could not refund the charge. Called my mobile and asked for me by name. Claimed to be from Nationwide Building Society and started trying to confirm my postcode. When I asked to be told why they were calling first they hung up. I suspect this to be a scam.

Fake "Excellent Life" opinion poll, asking personal questions that can be used to target you in future. I have had many calls with this excuse, all displaying different fake UK caller numbers.

They call me at least six times daily. The first couple of times I answered then they hung up without saying anything.

Accident Insurance scam. Somehow they are able to have a 'local' number displayed on caller ID. Ask them for their address and correct phone number as you wish to repo...

This number belongs to Aldridge Property Servives in Flint. They pester you repeatedly with unsolicited calls asking if you want loft or cavity wall insulation, even if you arfe registered with the TPS!
