Personal option but this is the ceo office of talktalk who "supposedly" deal with complaints ... personally they this try and wind you up like "customer services" disgraceful company

The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and /or credit card/bank details "So we can proceed with our refund to you" They then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. Obviously you were the ones they were looking for for them to steal your hard earned money from. I've had three phone calls from this number today. I answered the 3rd time and they just hung up. I still have no clue why they keep ringing.

I was asked to call 07780439611 regarding my bank details. Very suspicious I did not return the call. Banks don t use mobile numbers do they?
