I ve received 3 calls from these idiots - two I failed to answer but after reading posts on sites like this decided, for my own amusement, to answer on the third call. The chap on the other end rambled on about insurance and said he was from a company called Red Star. When I asked who Red Star were he got quite abrupt/aggressive. They call on a regular basis trying to say that I can claim on mis-sold insurance, loans and credit cards. I think there really a debt collection agency trying to confirm your identity and getting you to confirm old debts. TOTAL PARRASITES, DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM.
