Apparently it s a research firm that does recruitment??? Rang the number back. Person who answered just said hello. Didin t give a company name until I asked, but I couldn t understand her accent anyway.

I don t answer calls from unknown numbers, but look them up on the Internet. Having read other people s comments I m pleased I didn t answer. Thank you all for your comments. They really helped.

Receiving calls every few days. Up to now had been silent but today it was a foreign sounding man. I have blocked the number now.

Been called a couple of times from this number claiming I have money owed to me from a third party in my last crash. There was no third party involved, only myself, yet they keep on ringing and telling me this (presumably they want my bank details). When I explain that they are totally in the wrong and there is no money owed to me they have become VERY RUDE. I was called on my mobile by someone trying to tell me that my sister (I have power of attorney) owed 53.23 to BT but if I paid the full amount by card, then she would have her line restricted and avoid further charges of 18.00 for re-connection. They were really pushy that I make a payment but I thought something was off and wouldn t give any details at all!

Amazon prime to warm me about deduction from my bank account. I ve never had an Amazon prime a/c. Advised to press 1 to cancel, nobody answered.

In return, the sender offers a commission, usually in the range of several million dollars. The scammers then request that money be sent to pay for some of the costs associated with the transfer. Once money is sent to the scammers, they will either disappear immediately or try to get more money with claims of continued problems with the transfer.

Recorded message suggesting if had debts of more than ?6000 they could assist with a repayment plan - opted out but still call!! These companies are now skirting the law by having a bonified mobile number - time to act me thinks?

This number just phoned me again but when I answered, no one said anything and then finally the line went dead.
