This number was a representative from a Greenpeace call agency. I checked with Greenpeace to validate this call and they confirmed it. They were asking for a direct debit payment after acquiring my number from a petition I signed. The service was friendly and informative and not malicious unless you don't like charity pressure calling.

This is a timeshare type company making offers that seem too good to be true, and you know what they say about things that appear to be too good to be true!!! When you ask to be removed from their list they refuse and get abusive. Unknown caller who would not identify themselves or answer my questions as to how he had obtained my number. Insisted on calling me Sophia and said I was in Stockport. Both totally wrong. Wanted to offer me "benefits and bonuses" but could not get him to explain what these might be. Kept asking me questions about my situation which I refused to answer. He hung up.
Got a call proclaiming to be O2 offering 30% discount on phone bill free of charge for loyalty. The contract mentioned is 2 weeks old and I haven't paid a bill yet! I ended the call as soon as I could, if it's genuine I would have expected a text from O2 or an email.

I was called from this number and the caller was very insistent / pushy about the fact that I MUST be owed PPI compensation otherwise they would not be calling. They required bank / credit card details and when I said I had already received compensation from my bank, the call was terminated by them without explanation.

SCAM I answered this number today and after around 5 seconds of silence, was played a recorded message saying something about my National Insurance number being involved with some fraud. It then said to resolve this issue PRESS 1. at which point I hung up.
Had a call today from this number.... Just missed the call so rang back. Answerphone said all advisors are busy etc etc, but no company name given.
Blocked this number and have had 31 notifications since the beginning of March that this number has attempted to call me.
I had my phone number changed 8 days ago to stop these calls I have not given the number to anybody but these morons are still phoning
