Called 4 times in one day! I thought about calling back but glad I didn t! I google every unknown number that calls me now. As of late, I am getting unknown calls every other day. I m not sure who I gave these details to, but no doubt at least my phone number has been sold to scammers and or telemarketers.

Fraud Was chatting with someone online who gave me this number. Claimed she was 20 years old. Then she sent a nude pic of herself, then told me she's 17, but 18 next month. So I called a halt and said sharing pics with anyone under 18 is illegal, let's leave it here. SCAM. Another call from what seems to be a call centre in Manchester. Soon as you answer the call is cut off. Probably to see if line is still active. In the last month I have had 20 calls from the same area but different numbers. I've logged this as a scam because if itwas genuine the caller would have answered or left a message. I do not know this #.

SCAM Said they were Sky with a better contract offer. When I refused bank details and accused her of scamming, she hung up.
After doing an online insurance comparison on go compare, they call 2 or 3 time in quick succession until you answer. They are just following up your quotation, but if I do a comparison on line, it s because I don t want the hassle of talking to people like this on the phone. Ironically, they were the cheapest quote but it did put me off a little. I ve still got 2 days to decide and will probably go with them so they don t really need to be doing these "follow up" calls.
