This company ring monthly. The woman today was very aggressive saying she was doing me a favour and wanted a reason why I was refusing such a good deal. Asked to speak to manager, she came with a higher voice, I wasn?t fooled. Asked again for manager and who promptly cut me off. Rang back the number it was Hotweeks. Got through to manager who said he would remove my details from their system. They have said that before . If they ring again it?s off to Ofcom.

The people on the other end of this phone have confirmed by letter they are delivering me a phone on 23rd August 2012 and that my current phone will be switched off on 26th. Female caller with an Asian accent rang from this number twice today. Said she was from Benefits UK. I asked who Benefits UK is, and she replied "A company", and wanted to ask me some questions, which would only take a couple of minutes. I replied that I do not answer questions over the phone, and she hung up. A couple of hours later, the number rang again, and my daughter answered. She told the caller that our number is ex directory and that we are TPS registered. Again, the caller hung up.
