A woman claiming to be calling about energy research and deals available to us. We've been called many times by such companies who usually want to send round 'an energy assessor' for cavity and loft insulation. When I asked if it was a cold call and that we were registered with TPS, she said not at all so that wouldn't apply to her call (blatantly untrue). She feigned innocence very well and hung up - no doubt we will be called by them again, that's this kind of company's MO.

Had a missed call from this number today - called themselves Reactive Homes and were selling Home Insurance, totally out of the blue and did not request. Easily combated this by saying I was moving shortly and they soon got off the line, just irritating!

Asked if I was a uk resident, if I was a card holder, and if I was over 18, then waffled on about a different thing I could have for £18:50 I said I was busy an wasn't interested, so had the phone put down on me. Didn't state her name, and said the call was being recorded, hope she gets sacked for that behaviour if it was really 02, stupid cow!!!! Just ignore it. They also called me a few days ago too.
