Called at 2.36am today,fortunately we did not hear the phone ring and will certainly not call back after reading these comments.

I was getting calls from this number daily. I blocked it and then started getting calls from 0121 389 0867. This is blocked and suspect it ll switch to another very similar number. Just keep blocking.

They call about the accident you were in. You ask them to remove the number because a) It is an unsolicited call and you have TPS and b) You have never been in an accident. They say sorry, I will update the records. Next day they call back, so you say the same thing over again, so do they but you add You said that yesterday and yet here you are ringing me again! They promise to remove the details from the database. Guess what, they just called me again!

They called and said it was a confidential matter and wanted my details so I asked for the companies name but refused to give it as this would prejudice the situation so I advise that their is no provision within the DPA 1988 which states that they are not allowed to disclosed their details prior to me disclosing mine.

These are accident claims services trying to get further compensation for accidents from years ago. They basically want to try to get more compensation for you and passengers but are very aggressive in doing so. I told them to remove me from their data base but still I get cold calls from the same company but via different numbers.

Found out it s a timeshare cold call based in Tenerife. What they actually do is speak as if they are talking to someone else saying I can t hear anyone on the other end of the line, eventually put the phone down and wait for the person to call them back, obviously at their own cost. So be warned and beware.

Same problems as the other comments on here. Ordered a bumper and it was to be sprayed white, arrived and the paint was flaking off, a five year old could have done a better job. Nuisance caller when I tried to ring them back to ask them to stop pestering us I couldn t get through to them. As I was completing this the phone rang again. I tried to explain that we didn t want calls from them. The bloke said "with all due respect mate we ve never rang you before". What a shithouse even though I told him we have been plagued by them. Unfortunately he had a scouse accent as I do myself. Surely there are better jobs to be doing than this.

These people called me this afternoon, didn't leave a message. They seem to be searched for on this site by others; hence I've blocked them.

This company phoned after my accident with all my details claiming to be an assessor. They didn't answer inbound calls!!!!
