This is BeVocal, on behalf of Scottish Power. But it is not. It has nothing to do with them. Somehow, it s a scam. For what? They hang up. My advice, just block this number. Scottish Power do their own marketing

Too long a pause to wait for an answer. After I received this call my virus protector warned me that my computer was connected to an unsafe wi-fi link. It definitely had been OK before. This is a debt collection company. Often long term or aging debt is sold and the purchasing collection agency makes profit by aggressively chasing that debt. They use any data they can get to bug you typically to begin with by using automated dialers and recorded style messages. They do not check the age of the data or if they do they ignore it.
