Unpleasant man by the name of Russell called from Weathershield -said calling from Ludlow. I asked why calling when our number is registered with the TPS. He said they don t have to check, TPS are supposed to do it for them! I asked for our number to be removed from their database. He became most aggressive and unpleasant saying that he would keep the number on the system and call me every day. When I rang the number back a very faint answer message announced it was Weatherproof UK Ltd.

Calling to confirm the delivery but tried to get into Domestic and General insurance cover without outright stating first off to ask if Insurance is required. Very polite and confirmed that I would NOT be signed up to an insurance plan.
