This number has called me a few times, when I answer, nobody speaks ( most annoying ) if it is a reliable company that would not happen. I rang the number back only to be told that the number is not available.

Really bad scam waste broker offering bins and skips. The contract traps you into a long term of service. They overcharge, they make up charges, their staff are rude, customer service is non existent and they charge you for your bin collections even when they don't turn up. If you leave them they set debt collection agents on you!

Melissa called twice saying that they needed to check the insulation in our loft because we had it done under the government scheme (we didn't) and now the regs had changed and it needs to be checked.When I told her that I'd done it myself about 35 years ago and wasn't going to have anything else done, she said she'd alter the information on the database.
