These people call me at least 6 times a day. (They have been doing so for about 3 weeks). They are looking for someone I ve never heard of and I ve had this phone number for 14 years. I have called back repeatedly and told them and they have "promised" to take me of their "DIALLER" but they continue to call. No messages are left when I let the answer phone pick up the calls. I am at my wits end!

At least once yesterday and again today. Nobody at the other end and blocks me from phoning out, e.g. 1471 for quite some time. A B nuisance - what is the purpose of the call blocking system as it appears not to work

This number was used to call me about by National Insurance Number. This must be a scam as National Insurance Office is not based in Manchester and they wouldn't call from a mobile number.

Hung up on them as I couldn't hear them on phone

Asked if he could speak to me ( not put my name ) l just said No very dubious about committing myself over the phone.

Left a message on my ansafone claiming to be from Sarah Wilson at HMRC and threatening legal action if I or my solicitor didn t call them back immediately! Called back and spoke to a male with an Asian accent who gave his name as Kevin. He eventually hung up when I insisted on speaking to Sarah Wilson. I called HMRC who confirmed this is not a genuine call from them!
