Answered and could hear movement and breathing type noises but no one spoke, after I said hello a second time they hung up
01613540614 keeps calling and waking the baby.Having spoken to the ICO, they could be in breach of data protection regulations. Go on to the ICO.gov.uk website and make a complaint. Hopefully if enough people complain it will get stopped and they will be held accountable.

SCAM - Seems to be a call centre as noisy line. Tried to obtain bank details etc under false pretences, alleging an engineer from BT has detected problems on my home landline and that without rectification I could incur £+ costs but if remedial action is taken quickly charges may be reduced. I asked for their engineer and departmental details but got nowhere so advised would call BT myself and the caller rang off. One for OfCom and other authorities.

A scummy telesales company. They are a legal claims company trawling for business for people whose hearing has been damaged by working in noisy environments. It appears they may have had their database supplied by "Perfect Preferences", but in any event they ignore the TPS database, and as such their cold calls are ILLEGAL.
Had a dozen or more phone calls today. Rang back, got message "your call is important to us, please hold the line for one of our agents" then line goes silent and wait...

SCAM Call from Annie DeSouza - claimed my BT internet connection had been hacked. When asked for details was referred to her supervisoor Aran, who got increasingly short with me, then wanted to take control of my computer to show me. Apparently my connection will be cut in 1 hour. If you use an insurance comparison site, they will pass your number on to The Claims Guys, who will pester you with calls about reclaiming PPI payments. Use this number on the comparison site to give them a taste of their own medicine, and prevent them from ringing you.
Asian man claiming to be calling on behalf of Microsoft....usual "your computer security has been compromised". Knew my name and address. Let him go on for a while and then I got fed up/annoyed and just told him he was lying and stopped the call.

Oh dear I m not the only one. had £79.99 taken from my account today. I am unemployed at the moment and the promise of a £20.00 fuel voucher for answering a survey was very attractive. What can be done? has anyone managed to get their money back?
Fraud - automatic call around 8 am - pretending to be from the HMRC and asking me to pay some taxes by pressing 1. If I don't, I will be automatically be legally pursued. Please watch out for this scam
