I Received a call from this number twice today and when i was able to answer they introduced themselves as Consumer helpline, the lady on the call advised that i had overpaid for finance in 2011 and she wished to help me get this refunded however i have never taken anything out on finance. I asked to submit a subject access request under the Data Protection Act where she then passed me to her manager. Tried on two occasions to get a better deal at the end of my 24 month contract, not offered anything worth staying for especially after being a customer for 10 + years. I requested PAC via online chat as others did commenting here. Very painful experience, given the hard sell from retention team and then made very awkward to extract PAC number from them. Fraud - Indian call centre claiming to be from O2 but hiding behind a UK number as you are more likely to answer it. Offered savings off my bill and free upgrade wanted my details to check and the one time pass code that O2 were going to send me. Its a massive fraud once they have your account info they will go on a spending spree using your details but changing the delivery address. Just hang up or do not answer.

He told me he was from a debt company and asked if I had debts, to which I answered it’s Jon I feel your business. He asked for me home address and email address! I said absolutely not he then proceeds to shoot at me down the phone telling me HE WILL NOT take my number off there database. These phone calls need policing, it’s disgusting that companies like this get away with it.

100% FRAUD! They left me a voicemail, quoting a DHL import duty invoice that I paid 3 weeks ago. I called them, spoke to 'RAJU' - he knew all about me, my company and my invoice, but said don't worry as you've already paid. This is obviously someone at DHL leaking account details to fraudsters, who are preying on people who don't know/remember that they've already paid.
