Has regularly called each day for some weeks but never leaves a voicemail. I never take 08 calls as I feel they re notorious for belonging to folks looking to do some sort of business or wanting to make money from me in some way - I shall be the one to choose who I engage and intend to pay for ANY service, and not the person who happens to come across my number somehow. Claimed to be an energy advisor from my postcode area, when asked what postcode that was he repeated himself, when asked again what postcode that was he hung up! Call was from Bournemouth, no where near my postcode!
"We have been informed you have been in an accident in the last 3 years". I haven t. It is an automated call, the "person" you are talking to is actually automated. I am on the no call list so am reporting them.

Male caller, hard to understand talking about 'Technical Division' and 'Your Account' or similar. I terminated the call. He called again within a minute. Said similar. I asked him not to call again.
asked to speak to myself using my maiden surname said I was now married and gave my married name and they promptly hung up
Scam call asking for details of my lawyer, for tax default. Claimed to have written to me and wanted details from me. I didn t give them any of my details, they said because I wouldn t give them my information the police would be round my house in a couple of hours to arrest me. Person on the phone did not speak very good English as was definitely not from the HMRC.
