Called us trying to get us to “renew” a care plan, and only wanted our bank account details so they could send us renewal details. Claimed that “under GDPR, they could not retain those details”. Yes this is HSBC. I have an account with them and this was my LOCAL branch calling to make sure I was aware of changes and to ensure I was using the acc correctly. Very pleasant lady and took 5mins of my time. No problem to report.

have had a few calls form this numer speradically. when i answer i hear a sort of bouing sound then nothing for 10~seconds, then they just hang up. when i call back im directed to EE voice mail claiming the person cant accept the call at the moment
I was called from this number and the caller was very insistent / pushy about the fact that I MUST be owed PPI compensation otherwise they would not be calling. They required bank / credit card details and when I said I had already received compensation from my bank, the call was terminated by them without explanation.

Like Bournemouth is my area. Guy didnt even stutter when I answered the call as Sperm Bank. Said no thanks and hung up immediately. Blocked the number.
