Called from 01245 407320 Unsolicited call from these cowboys today ( 25 Oct 2014). Despite my number being on the TPS, they asked for me by name. My wife wouldn t put the call thru to me until they confirmed what they wanted to ask me about. The caller refused to confirm this, so wifey hung up on them. This number left me a voicemail saying they were calling from Inland Revenue and to ring them back. If I did not ring back I should expect legal action. Definitely a scam

A call from Carphone warehouse, using a LOCAL code - ie - 01324 trying to deceive you into thinking it s a local call. You answer, and it s OBVIOUSLY a CALL Centre (by all the noise in the background) and on questioning the guy, is clearly NOT in the Falkirk area. This type of local call is being used more and more.
