Been ringing nearly every day, when I answered the first time they hung up, sick of it now!

I answered and listened to a message telling me that all their operators were too busy to speak to me. Amazing rudeness! They claim to be British Gas.

Claimed to be called John, scammed me for money by selling me an item and not actually sending it.

02032872050 An asian sounding woman called my elderly mother today from this number. Told her she was due a government grant of £8K. She asked my mum how far her post office was.They told my mum to go to the post office and draw £210. Then to call the above number but not to tell anyone the number. Fortunately my mum got confused by the call and did nothing otherwise they would have had money from her I am sure. How wicked these people are.

Had the same express. Started with EE and was asking for bank details. This is a fraudulent number. Beware!!!

Nuisance call allbthe time

SCAM: Sixth identical call I've had today, from different numbers. Automated female voice, claiming to be from BT Internet Dept., who have supposedly been trying to call me urgently, because of ‘suspicious activity’ on my account. My internet & line will be disconnected. Press 1 to speak to an ‘executive’ to rectify this. I have to answer calls, because I am expecting a call from my doctor’s surgery about my Covid jab, but I don’t have caller display.

Person knew my name. Calling on behalf of 1st responder about recent accident I have had. I asked what recent accident. He said a recent accident in my car. I said I dont know what you are talking about and I dont own a car. He responded sorry to have bothered you and hung up.

SCAM Phoning from BANK saying transaction on mastercard

Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I recommend to block the whole 08452867xxx range... Did someone answer any number of this range?
