This claims to be from Facebook but it was just a number and the location is Manchester/Burnley - this is not how FB normally sends 2 Factor ID. Is it a scam number?

Persistent nuisance call - recorded message about govt grants etc. About three times a day.

have called me 9 times now over one week pretending to be from E-On when i challenged him he said he would change my account and send me a very large bill that would go by DD, i ve phoned E-On and they have said it most definatly is not from any one at E-On

This is considered a scam and fraud telephone as my ageing parents were contacted by this so called PPI Team, I took over the call as my parents could not understand these cold calling scammers wanted from them. I am getting calls on a daily basis and also on my mobile, I have now blocked the number.

Young guy called my mums home number (she s in her 70 s) and said that she had over paid money in to her bank and they needed to refund it and started asking for date of birth so she hung up. Be very careful with company! Avoid speaking to them!!!!
