They called my landline at 8.49am (automated at first) pretending to be AMAZON to say I'm about to be charged £39.99 for my AMAZON PRIME subscription which i don't have and have never signed up for, but to cancel it i need to be on my device and they would talk me through it on-line. The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and /or credit card/bank details "So we can proceed with our refund to you" They then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. Obviously you were the ones they were looking for for them to steal your hard earned money from. Scam call re. Accident that I didn't have!

I get, on average, 2 calls a day from this number. Never rings for long, and never leaves a message. Maybe scam!

First call. I can t find them on companies house. Was a survey about a recent RTA then they can close my claim down. He was adiment it wasn t a nuisance call. I asked him who my insurer was. He couldn t answer funny how he was calling on behalf of them. Terminated the call and is now on my block list.

Rang my house on 20-10-16 and started talking about my car accident, which distressed my wife a great deal - until I reassured her I hadn t had one! Tried to ring them back to complain but "unrecognized number".

I have received five missed calls from this number so far, in the last two days. The sixth was at 06:04pm, on the 17/01/2013. It was a woman, I never caught the companies name, but she was calling from Manchester. She knew all my details and was calling on the subject of repaying loans and debts.

I am a bit confused. They called in asking to check the Fibre Glass on our roof for health and safety inspection. They knew my surename but never mentioned my first. The chap on the phone spoke very fast, couldnt get a hold of company name or anything like that.
