Claimed to be from my Internet provider & gave me my Account number to identify themselves. I rang provider separately and they confirm that NO call came from them.

Made the mistake of making an enquiry a few months ago which I said I wasn t interested in, and they still continue to phone 5 times a week, even though I have blocked their number and I get a notification every time they try. Take the hint, this is harassment!

It is listed in BT records as a BT number. If they don't connect you then their records must be out of date.

hope thisll be the first and last call of this kind. scammer!

I ve received about 8 calls from this number in the last week. When I answer, I can hear what sounds like Call Centre noise, but no person talking to me. After a few seconds they hang up. Not worried or frightened, just a bit miffed that they won t have a conversation with me. We re not really allowed to speak with other adults on my high security wing and by constantly calling me, there s a risk that my handset will be discovered. Have readout and log of incoming call,never answer unless they are on my saved list and can be identified, Give a check later on here. Always block so they can never ring back.
