When I refused to tell the man if I was a home owner or a tenant, he asked me to stop wasting his time and tell me if I was F...ING interested. He then called me an F...ING W..RE and said that he would make sure I had 10 nuisance calls to replace this one I should have answered. This is an Indian call centre which asks you to do a quick survey which they add that they re not calling to sell you anything - as soon as you say that you re not interested they hang up.. the thing is, they call you the next day saying the exact same thing!!!

I was called on my mobile by someone trying to tell me that my sister (I have power of attorney) owed 53.23 to BT but if I paid the full amount by card, then she would have her line restricted and avoid further charges of 18.00 for re-connection. They were really pushy that I make a payment but I thought something was off and wouldn t give any details at all!
