I have had a voicemail left by a computerised male. It is asking me to call this number to discuss my case with the prosecuting officer.

Woman called from this number, said "crazy shit", then hung up.

The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and /or credit card/bank details "So we can proceed with our refund to you" They then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. Obviously you were the ones they were looking for for them to steal your hard earned money from. Rang me re PPI, I "passed" initial questions, and was put through to someone called Steve in a Company that would handle the claim. That call was cut short due to an "IT issue their end" I never got promised call back, and complained 3 times to Reactiv.
