This number must be part of the range of numbers dedicated to the same call centre - I can see more similar number of the same range 019045012xx reported already, mostly with PPI, nuisance calls. In the case of this number they left no message, no idea who is behind it? People please did someone answer it? They are reported with different scope, but mostly call centres work for multiple clients.
