Have now been Called over 17 times, sometimes twice daily by supposed ACM on the following numbers 01619743531 01924928072 02036870287 01619743443, 02036870287, 02037387300, 0203687029, 02036870292 I have reported to ICO, however after googling I feel this is a scam or illicit company as there is no online trace. the most recent time I was called I stated I had reported to ICO and feel harassed I was told to calm down and the operater became aggressive. These numbers from 2800-2900 are a call centre acting on behalf of various companies chasing accounts, as soon as you confirm your details they hang up and pass the info to the company you owe and then the company harass you as they know its your number
Daily calls for a week. I finally answered it to find it was an energy company trying to get me to switch. After 14 mins on phone I told the bloke I wasn t interested and needed to end the call. The bloke then became very rude and I ended up hanging up on him. Very poor customer service.
This is Vodafone but why use an unidentified number. As previously stated by other contributors, I cancelled my contract and requested my PAC to go to another provider. I will not change my mind as the Service is not awesome.
