This is a new, and weird, one for me. Called my landline but disconnected when I picked up (now they know this is a live number,,,damn!!). No message left so I'll never know if I have been left millions of pounds from an unknown benefactor who needs me to handle his money, for a small fee, to help them evade paying local taxes or being claimed by a fictional Government department.

From another site it's a Cardiff code and a recorded voice suggests it's an hmrc source, but number it says to ring is a 0161 No. Advice is don't ring.

Answerphone PPI message from Berwick-on-Tweed area. Henceforth they will appear on my display as Spam-32. When I reach Spam-100, I will speak to the caller and congratulate them.

This is a SCAM. Called me asking for credit card/ debit card details so they could block unwanted calls. I told him this was a scam and he repeated "a scam" and then hung up.

Identified as Your Mortgage Review Intimidating mature lady caller encouraging me to change my mortgage to one with a lesser interest rate given that we re in a climate of low interest rates.. I get at least one call a week from this number - it is very annoying. Luckily I normally miss the calls, so don't bother returning them
