This number rang me today exactly a week after this one 07428478737 as I have no idea who the first one is I have now blocked them both. It is very odd that they ring from the same network which is Three a week apart on the same day using the same beginning numbers. If you ring it back it claims not to be taking calls suggesting some sort of scam. I have reported them as nuisance callers.

I know many people who will no longer answer their landline unless they recognise the callers number. It is businesses like IJT, boiler-room scams and PPI Claim companies who have changed the telephone from a useful tool and friend into a nuisance ridden pain in the arse. Well done everyone!

SPAM Every week, same girl calling, different name thought up, going on about me having an accident.. every time say NO! I Block the number but still they call time and time again on other numbers. I can only presume it was a prank call as that's twice I've had a call from this number and they've hung up as soon as I've answered on both occasions

Female caller with an Asian accent rang from this number twice today. Said she was from Benefits UK. I asked who Benefits UK is, and she replied "A company", and wanted to ask me some questions, which would only take a couple of minutes. I replied that I do not answer questions over the phone, and she hung up. A couple of hours later, the number rang again, and my daughter answered. She told the caller that our number is ex directory and that we are TPS registered. Again, the caller hung up.
