I always receive most unknown telephone calls altogether over a 24 hour period and then get nothing for 1-2 weeks. Today at 10.30 am I received a call from a man who with-held his number requesting to speak to me by name and I replied to him not known .He was very rude and did not introduce himself when I asked who is speaking. Responding to an e mail query about my account details

The following steps are suggested:

This number called me and when I answered no one responded - must have been cold caller so blocked for future calls from this number.

Claiming they d read I had an accident. I haven t then they hung up. Sounded like somebody fresh out of non-school. Wasters - get a job and stop trying to fleece people.

Scam caller. Recorded voice claiming to be BT Internet and threatening to disconnect.

Called me and put down phone as soon as I answered. Now blocked.
