GOT THEIR NUMBER!! IF you want to call them through their parent company Plantec Holdings Ltd. on 0870 285505. It s taken lots of digging and loads of numbers that no longer exist (surprise, surprise), but you can check this by Googling Plantec Holdings Ltd and First Legal Support and it will be the top hit! Not that I would encourage everybody to call them up and complain, but how many of us have had calls? I ve also threatened to report them to OFCOM. Do not accept be bullied by nuisance calls!

Recorded message inviting me to press button 1 as my BT broadband had been hacked. Rubbish! I didn't bother pressing button 1. Seems a coincidence that a similar number ending 519 leaves messages that the Amazon Prime account has expired.

The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and /or credit card/bank details "So we can proceed with our refund to you" They then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. Obviously you were the ones they were looking for for them to steal your hard earned money from. Or as I also suspect as the company .br is for Brazil. They may even manage to get your call transferred from the UK telephone number to Brazil at your expense.
