And that they are collecting information to press the council landlords and housing association to fix the problems in the houses as there has been a backlog of jobs that hasn't been done. They Ask you questions if you are are council or housing association if he have leaks inside your house or other jobs that the landlord should take care of at the end of the conversation they say that one of the representatives will call you later on that day .

Called me to discuss Boiler Cover. I refused to say who my Boiler was covered with. They put the phone down.
Caller with English accent told me that my loft insulation was faulty and was causing condensation, but nothing to worry about. When asked he said he was from the UK Advisory Information Centre and they ran the Renewable Energy Database where my details had come from. When asked he said he was based in central London. This crap company has called about 4 times in past couple of weeks. Each time I requested that they remove my number from their database as I think they re dispicable, low life, preying on the vulnerable. A friend who had a car accident was totally taken in by a similar company, as they called the day after her accident, so she thought they were from her insurance company. SCAM - Called and hung up as soon I said hello. Probably a robocall checking to see if the number is viable given I have received several scam calls in the past few days and immediately hang up on them.

Silent call, I think the scam is for you to call them back at inflated call costs to call the number. No one ever answers you after you pick up but you can hear that there is some one on the other end of the line as they initially say hello. Deffo a scam!!!
