lots of calls from Crime Prevention company they will just not give up even trying to con a colleague into saying yes when I have already told them no!!! Had similar experience previously by a different name and they actually only ever printed 12 copies of their newspaper which we had been asked to advertise in! This is how they can seem legal. I am ex-directory, but I just had a phone call from UK Law. My advice is, if they ring you, dial 141 followed by their number, 01512219676, and make sure you have heavy metal music on full volume with your music speakers by the mouthpiece of your phone. It worked for me.

Said they were from sky trying to correct a problem with my broadband and to go onto a website browser. Upon asking for proof of who he was he became rude!
"BT" phoned to say been trying to phone me (received no calls in days) and due to "Suspicious activity" are going to disconnect by Internet unless I talk to an operative, who spent 15 minutes calling my 80 year old father some swear words for his lack of internet knowledge and no online bank account.

I answered a call from this number at 2.19pm today and I could not understand what the man on the phone was saying. When I said, Sorry as in I didn't understand and wanted him to repeat what he said, he just hung up. I'm guessing it was some sort of SPAM phone call.
