Close your browser and then run a full Malware/Anti-virus scan, just in case. Why aren't Ofcom dealing with these scams? They have a duty a care and this is absolutely illegal. Scammer. Jasmine claimed to be from EON calling about smart meters from 08085015200, but my phone data confirmed the actual number she called from was 02922229992. When challenged she simply claimed "that is odd" but could not explain it. She was unable to advise whether RF filtering and VPN protection were provide on the smart meters, and could not confirm who paid for the cost of the smart meter connection.
