Got a cold call from this number. The caller had a Welsh accent and said he was calling from the company Insure For Less. He wanted to discuss home insurance with me, but I said I wasn t interested and asked to be taken off their call list. What do you know, they called again the next day as though I would change my mind. Very annoying!

When I asked what it was regarding he said he was from Blacks Brokers and it was about a letter they had sent him. No letters have been sent I open the mail. Scam artists.

I blocked this number after reading on a number of sites that they are a market research company. Don t believe their story that they do not have to comply with data screening /TPS lists etc. I do not think that their excuse we are not a marketing/sales company should excuse these people from TPS lists and private numbers They are unsolicited / cold callers. SCAM Had these people phone me up on another number pretending to be the national crime agency, using an automated message. When rumbled and blocked they tried again using this number to pretend to be an insurance broker, again using the same tactics with an automated message which made it obvious that it was the same people. Do not trust, just block them.

Repeated calls over a period of a month. Then switched to UNKNOWN number and continued to call. Each caller was direct and rather nasty. When I called them up on the fact they got rather hostile and continued to call.
SCAM, claims that your O2 bill wasn't paid and has a link to follow. I don't think O2 would use an EE number. And my phone isn't an O2 phone.

Repeated calls from this recorded message telling me to ugently claim my refund (for what?) and asking me to select an option. Incredibly annoying spam likely to cost me a lot of money if I make any selection. Watching my phone bill closely to be sure they are not charging me already. How do I block this number?

This is apparently a genuine number for FedEx but it's been hi-jacked by a 'BT' scammer using a recorded message saying they've monitored suspicious activity. I cut the call then tried to dial 1471 but the line was still engaged and I had to try a couple more times before it cleared.
