Got the same call today from an Indian woman called "Jennifer Janet" (like f*ck)stating I had viruses. She would fix them and also upgrade my internet service! (ha ha). I played along with her until she asked me to press certain buttons on my keyboard. I pretended to do so, and when she asked "what message is displayed", that is when I tore into her calling her a scamming Indian ****** and to f*ck off! she hung up! Rang this morning at 9.12am and said they were Utilia (or similar) ringing about my gas and electric supply and smart meters. Said I wasn't interested and put the phone down, they've now rung a further 4 times at 13.17, 14.07,14.43 and 16.53. I haven't answered these later calls and consider them to be bordering on harassment.
This number rang giving advice on accidents, i am assuming that my personal number was given through some sort of data-base as they rang home address too just tell them your not intrested and hang up thats it. If the company calls again just answer and say you have a company dealing with accident, if you choose to ignore it will ring ring ring and ring.
KEEP GETTING CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER ASKING FOR A PERSON WHO DOES NOT LIVE HERE. WHEN I ASKED THEM WHO THEY WERE THEY HUNG UP
