SCAM Didn't get a call from this number but it is shown on a small value (£0.94) package received in the post this morning where the addressee is not known at this address. Spoke to the Company which was quoted on the package as sender - One World Economy - and they have confirmed that they are a forwarding company for E-bay and were asked to send this on behalf of a Chinese company. Seem soo be a brushing scam as another package also received this morning from a different sender egis time value £0.08.

Called with a thick asian accent claiming to be Janet from Virgin and calling about an issue with the router. They asked me to tell them the colour on the router and then input a web address. I guessed immediately that this was a scam but decided to lead them on a little. After a couple of minutes 'Janet' realised that I knew this was a scam and launched into a tirade of verbal abuse swearing and threatening to come and stab me before then hanging up!

This is around the 10th call in a month using same script from different numbers (all now blocked). Other numbers had reports describing similar calls, supposedly to settle claim for percentage of settlement. No mention of my insurance carrier. Received a text message from this mobile purporting to be from DVLA advising that my car tax is overdue and to click on a link to prevent further penalties. my car tax is not overdue , double checked separately to gov website to make sure payment received last month
When I answered there was a bit of noise on the other end, then suddenly the person muted the call. I need the call too and after a few more seconds hung up. Feels like a scan to me.

Called at 1737hrs 21st July 2015. Pre-recorded message about PPI claiming. When called back - number is not recognised - a digit has been left out. Another for the Call Blocker.
I was called by this number today and I hung up as it's spam, to be called straight back by the same guy who said "how dare you hang up on me, I'm going to come to your house and f**k you and rape you" stay clear of this number!
