They say they are calling about a recent accident on the off chance that the 1 in a million (slightly exaggerated) people they call say they have been in one. I like to have fun with these people and keep them on the phone asking lots of questions thinking they have secured me.......but if they get me on a bad day then they get a lot of abuse.
