This number has been messaging or even calling me even after blocking it

Number unknown, which I usually ignore but as I m waiting for an overnight package I wondered if it was them calling re delivery, so I answered. It was a female caller with (what sounded like) a Chinese accent. She said she was calling on behalf of Telephone Preference Service. I didn t believe it and hung up - but they have rung another twice since then (4 hours ago.)

silence followed by an electronic noise and one of a cluster of numbers being used so ignore the lot

On checking with O2 the above number and caller WAS a genuine call from O2. Apologies O2.

Had a miss call from this company i rang the number and i got an answer service saying they where calling about a possible PPI claim, I think they are called Crookshak and Green.

I just had a call from them & never picked it up. Assuming from all the comments on here, it sounds like it is Vodafone trying to get hold of the owner of all new phones to either check the service is ok or to check something else. I am surprised nobody else has clicked on to this yet......Doesn t sound too dodgy to me. Obviously Adrian has opted for no marketing calls from Carphone Warehouse themselves. Second call received from John at computer maintenance. First time when I told him that there wasn t a computer at this number he hung up, hoped this would deter further calls. But following day different time he phoned again told him that still didn t have computer and wanted to be taken off their database at which point he hung up. Waiting to see if they ring again.

Unknown caller addressing me by my first name. I'm always suspicious when the start 'How are you today?'!

Has been harassing me for a week. Calls (which I ve locked but still can see received call history), text and voice message. I contacted them that I have dealt with PayPal directly as they are not trustworthy and it is not my problem if PayPal did not inform them. Today they left me a voice message calling me a b * t c h. Seriously? These monkeys didn t even get my name right.
